CONFIRMING ORDERS:
When placing an order by telephone, please inform the salesperson that confirming
paperwork will follow. To avoid duplication, mark your confirming paperwork
'Confirmation Only, Do Not Duplicate' and include the salesperson's
name.
WRITTEN ORDERS:
Written orders are welcomed. If you are familiar with OMEGA's products and
do not need to consult with a salesperson, send or
FAX your written orders.
For fast, efficient processing of your order, please

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
OMEGA is pleased to extend the terms of Net 30 days to all customers who
have established an open account with OMEGA. OMEGA welcomes new accounts
and will process orders on a prepaid or credit card basis when an open account
is being established.
ORDER PROGRESS:
For delivery status, order changes and cancellations, please contact OMEGA's
Expediting Department.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Should this equipment be used in or with any nuclear installation or activity,
purchaser will indemnify OMEGA and hold OMEGA harmless from any liability
or damage whatsoever arising out of the use of the equipment in such a manner.
Equipment sold by OMEGA is not intended for medical applications
or for use on humans. OMEGA assumes no responsibility, as set forth in our
basic WARRANTY AND LIABILITY language above, if these products are used
for medical applications, used on humans, or are misused in any way.
PRICES:
The prices of goods sold are those in effect at the time of sale.
The prices listed are those in effect at the time of publication and
are subject to change without notice. Please contact the Sales Department
for current prices. OMEGA will be pleased to furnish quotations either by
mail, telephone or FAX.
Quantity Discounts:
Many items have quantity discount schedules. For large quantities and for
products which do not have discount schedules listed, please consult the
Sales Department.
Credit Cards:
OMEGA is pleased to honor major credit cards for your ordering convenience:
VISA and Access/MasterCard.
MINIMUM BILLING:
The minimum billing is £10.
CARRIAGE:
A carriage charge of £3.50 applies to orders shipped within the U.K.
Other shipping methods are available upon request.
RETENTION OF TITLE:
All goods sold by OMEGA remain the property of OMEGA until payment is made
in full.
NOTE ON OUR WARRANTY:
The warranty cannot be transferred or assigned to third parties. It is limited
to the purchaser only. All warranties are considered null and void upon
transfer unless the intent to transfer to a third party is expressly indicated
in a purchase order or the customer is a known OEM of OMEGA's products.
RETURN/REPAIR INQUIRIES:
Please direct all in- and out-of-warranty repairs to OMEGA's Customer Service
Department. Before returning any instrument, please contact
the Customer Service Department to obtain an Authorised Return (AR) number
and shipping address. The designated AR number should then
be marked on the outside of the return package. To avoid processing delays,
please be sure to include:
Purchase order number and invoice number.
Returnee's name, address and phone number.
Model and serial number. Repair instructions.
OEM ACCOUNTS:
Original equipment manufacturer's discounts are available to all qualified
manufacturers. Contact the OEM Sales Department for an application form.
DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS:
OMEGA reserves the right to make changes in design and specifications of
any product as engineering advances or necessity requires.

Warranty and Liability
OMEGA is pleased to offer suggestions on the use of its various products.
Subject to the conditions set out below, OMEGA only warrants that the parts
manufactured by it will correspond with their specifications at the time
of dispatch by OMEGA and will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Save for this, all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute
or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by OMEGA's negligence,
OMEGA shall not be liable to the purchaser
of any products or to any third party by reason of any representation, or
any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law,
or under the express terms of the contract, for any consequential loss or
damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other
claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by
the negligence of OMEGA, its employees or agents or otherwise) which arise
out of or in connection with the purchase of products from OMEGA or their
use or resale by the purchaser.
Any claim by a purchaser pursuant to these terms must be notified to
OMEGA within three days from the date of delivery of
the part (or where the defect or failure is not apparent on inspection within
three days of such discovery) and shall be limited
to and not exceed the price of the part which is the subject of the claim.
OMEGA at its option shall be entitled to repair or replace the part free
of charge but shall have no further liability of whatsoever nature to the
purchaser.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Equipment sold by OMEGA is not intended to be used,
nor shall it be used: (1) in or with any nuclear installation or activity;
or (2) in medical applications or used on humans. Should any Product(s)
be used in or with any nuclear installation or activity, medical application,
used on humans, or misused in any way, OMEGA assumes no responsiblity as
set forth in our basic WARRANTY AND LIABILITY language above, and additionally,
purchaser will indemnify OMEGA and hold OMEGA harmless from any liability
or damage whatsoever arising out of the use of the Product(s) in such a
manner.
